In June 2025, a new type of machine, the "Spring Unwinder SU-300," was completed to prevent springs from getting tangled. Significant improvements have been made from the conventional model, allowing springs that could not be unwound by the parts feeder to be further unwound. It can be operated easily by anyone without damaging the springs, reducing not only the work time but also the burden on workers. The new model can handle a larger quantity of unwinding and is compatible with the speed of polishing machines. By simply changing the attachment, it can accommodate several types of springs.
